Product Application:
1. Industrial wastewater treatment. For PH value is neutral or alkaline, suspended particles in the water is relatively large, high concentration, with positive charge of sewage, such as steel plants, chemical plants, electroplating plants and coal washing plants.
2. Drinking water treatment. Using this product to deal with high sediment content, turbid tap water, has the advantages of less dosage of agents, low cost, no secondary pollution.
3. Paper making auxiliaries. It can be used as dispersing agent, wet and dry strong agent, retention and filtering agent and flocculant of papermaking wastewater.
4. Textile and dyeing industry. As sizing agent and finishing agent for fabric post-treatment, polyacrylamide can produce a soft, anti-wrinkle, anti-mold protective layer. Reduce the breakage rate when preventing spinning. Prevent fabric static electricity and flame retardant, when used as printing and dyeing auxiliaries, can make the product adhesion fastness enhancement, brightness increase.
5. Fiber mud (asbestos-cement products) can improve the drainage of formed asbestos-cement products, so as to improve the strength of asbestos slab materials;
6. In the insulation board, can improve the additive and fiber binding capacity.
7. It can be used as clarifier of mine and coal washing wastewater.

Instructions:
1. When the product dissolves, it should be noted that the flow rate of the automatic dosing device should not be too fast, so as to avoid the formation of fish-eye phenomenon of polyacrylamide, and to prevent the pipeline from blocking and causing unnecessary trouble.
2. When the product is dissolved, it is recommended to use low hardness water with a PH value of neutral. Using groundwater, water with too much dissolved inorganic matter or metal ions is easy to reduce the product performance.
3, the use of warm water can speed up the dissolution rate, but the temperature is too high, will lead to the thermal degradation of the molecular chain, the viscosity will be affected, the general water temperature cannot exceed 50℃.
4. The dissolving operation should be carried out in the tanks made of plastics, ceramics, stainless steel and other materials. The stirring is favorable for dissolving. If the stirring is too severe, the long chain of polymer will break and degrade. Generally, it is better to turn 200 rpm for at least 1 hour. The water temperature can be increased by 20-30 ℃ to accelerate dissolving. The maximum temperature of pharmaceutical industry is less than 60 ℃. It is better to use screw pump and other low shear pump. The mixer is of marine propulsion type with a rotating speed of 200-500rpm,.

Dissolving time: the best performance can be achieved when the dry powder product is dissolved for 1 hour (it is recommended to dissolve the non-ionic dry powder product for more than 2 hours). The solution after dissolution is recommended to be used in the same day, preferably not more than 24 hours, otherwise the polyacrylamide solution will degrade rapidly, seriously affecting the use effect.
Product packaging: the products are packed in paper plastic three in one composite bags, each bag is 25kg. The shelf life is 1 year.
Matters needing attention:
1. Operators shall wear protective equipment and wash with water after skin contact.
2. The site should be washed with water to prevent slipping and injury.
3. The product is easy to absorb moisture. Pay attention to avoid moisture during storage. It shall be stored in ventilated and dry warehouse, free from moisture, rain and air.
